Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 13th December, 2017, inter alia considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2017. In terms of provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the following: a. A copy of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2017. b. Statement of Assets & Liabilities as on 30th September, 2017. c. Limited Review Report received from the Statutory Auditor of the Company on the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.30 p.m.
