This is to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on Wednesday, the 13th day of December, 2017, at the Registered Office of the Company at 5.00 p.m., has inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2017, on the basis of the Limited Review Report conducted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. In terms of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, copy of the Summarised Unaudited Financial alongwith Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2017, is enclosed herewith. The Meeting commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at 6.00 p.m.
