The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. November 13, 2017 duly approved and took on record the limited reviewed Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2017 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors on Standalone Financial Results. Pursuant to Regulation 52 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we are enclosing herewith the following: a) Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2017 along with details required under Regulation 52(4) of SEBI Listing Regulations. b) Limited Review Report on Standalone Financial Results. c) Certificate from the Debenture Trustee as per Regulation 52(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
