Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on 13th November, 2017 has: 1. Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September, 2017. The Statutory Auditors have carried out Limited Audit Review for the said quarter. An extract of the Unaudited Financial Results alongwith Limited Review Report for the Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September, 2017 is enclosed herewith. 2. Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Anirudh Kumar Tanvar from the post of Company Secretary w.e.f. 15th November, 2017 due to personal reasons and consequently Mr. Anirudh Kumar Tanvar will cease to be the Compliance Officer/ Key Managerial Personnel of the Company from the said date.
