Reg.: Meeting of the Board of Directors to inter alia consider and approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017 Further to our letter dated 24.01.2018, we wish to inform that pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Board of Directors of the Bank in their meeting held on Tuesday, 30th January 2018 have approved the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2017 and the same is enclosed for your kind perusal and record. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2.30 p.m. and concluded at 04:30 p.m.
