We enclose the audited financial results of the Company and audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 under Ind AS, which have been approved and taken on record at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today. We would like to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today, the Directors have declared a Third Interim Dividend of Rs.7 per Equity Share of Re.1 each of the Company and that the same shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose. We would like to inform you that the Third Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.
