We enclose herewith a statement showing Audited Financial Results and Segment wise Revenue Results and Capital employed of the Company for the quarter / year ended 31st March, 2018 in the prescribed format along with report of M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP, the Auditors of the Company on quarterly financial and year to date results. We also enclose a declaration with respect to Audit Report with unmodified opinion on the said financial reports. Further please note that the Board has recommended final Dividend of Re.0.60/- per Equity share (60%) .
