The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on today i.e. May 30, 2018: Considered and approved the standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and M/s. N.K. Jalan & Co. We are further enclosing the following: a) A copy of Annual Audited Financial Results of Ramgopal Polytex Limited for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018 along with the Statements of Assets and Liabilities as on March 31, 2018. b) Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results of Ramgopal Polytex Limited for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018 issued by the Statutory Auditors, M/s. N.K. Jalan & Co, Chartered Accountants. c) A declaration under Regulation 33 (3) (d) of the SEBI (LODR), (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 with Respect to Audit Report for financial year March 31, 2018. The Meeting commenced at 1:00 p.m. and was concluded by 5:48 p.m. on the same day.
