Kindly note that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 30, 2018 have, interalia, approved the Annual Audited financial results (Standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. The Directors have not recommended any dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. Kindly find attached herewith the above mentioned financials in the format prescribed under Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013. Also attached is a copy of the Auditors report issued by M/s MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants - Statutory Auditors of the Company and a Declaration from the Company in terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of earnings release for the year ended March 31, 2018 is also enclosed herewith. The meeting commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 6.00 p.m. Kindly take the same on record and upload on the stock exchanges website.
