This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, inter-alia discussed and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31St March, 2018. In compliance with Regulation 33 and Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the results along with audit report and statement of assets and liabilities for the same period have been enclosed.
