With reference to above subject, we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today, i.e. Monday, 29th January, 2018, and the following main businesses were transacted at the meeting: 1) The Board has received considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2017. We are enclosing herewith following documents: 1) A Certified copy of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2017 (October-December). 2) Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors of the company for that period. You are requested to take the same on your records.
