Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III, of the Listing Regulations, we inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on May 30, 2018, has, inter-alia, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, considered and approved the following: 1.Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018. The said Financial Results, along with the Audit Report. The auditor has issued unmodified opinion on the Standalone Financial Statement. 2.Mr. Mantu Kumar Agarwal is designated as Company Secretary cum Compliance officer of the company in place of Mr. Manik Pal. 3.Mr. Sumit Bhansali is authorized to affix his digital Signature for filling E Forms with the Govt. Authorities. We are making arrangements to publish the above results in the newspaper in terms of the listing Regulations. The meeting commenced at 4:00pm and concluded at 6:30pm
