This is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2018, being commenced at 04.50 p.m. and concluded at 7.25 p.m. inter-alia, has among other business considered and approved the followings: 1. Approved and taken on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 along with Auditors Report given by our Statutory Auditors of the Company (Copy Enclosed). 2. The Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Arvindkumar M Shah, Independent Director. 3. The Board has appointed Mr. Jignesh A Shah as an Additional Director with effect from June 01, 2018.
