To Considered, approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and 6 months ended on 30th September,2017 along with the Limited Review Report of the auditors on review of Interim Financial Results ; The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting on December 13th ,2017 .The Board Meeting commenced at 2 P.M. and concluded at 4:00 P.M.
