FIRST CUSTODIAN FUND (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th May, 2019 at 4.00 p.m. at the Corporate Office of the Company, inter-alia to consider and approve the following: 1. Approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. 2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Disclosure of Trading Window: The Company has already intimated to the Exchange on 04th April, 2019 that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 08th April, 2019 for the consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2019. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Audited Financial Results.
