This is to inform you that the Scheme of Arrangement between Napean Finvest Private Limited (demerged company) and Fortune Credit Capital Limited, (resulting company) a wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company and their respective creditors and shareholders has been approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on 12th July, 2018.According to the Scheme, the lending business of the demerged company will be transferred to the resulting company as a going concern.
