With reference to above mentioned subject we would like to bring to your notice that while reviewing the financials we found that, due to inadvertent typographical and excel command error: a) The Gross value of Sales for Quarter ended December 31st, 2018 were shown Net of GST due to which the last quarter (i.e March 31st, 2019) Gross Value of Sales were not in order. b) The paid up Equity Share Capital were shown in Lakhs instead of Millions due to formula error in it. We thereby state that, there being no malafide intention involved on the part of Company management and the revised figures have NIL impact on the Profits for the year ended March 31st, 2019 but figures for the Quarter ended Dec 31st, 2018 and March 31st, 2019 while restating along with Financials of March 31st, 2019 were not in order due to the typographical and excel command error. Kindly take the restated accounts on your records.
