FRONTLINE CORPORATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam, Notice is hereby given that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 3.30 p.m. on Thursday, 30th May, 2019 at Corporate Office at 4th Floor, Shalin Building, Near Nehru Bridge Corner, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad - 380 009, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. Further in terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 17th May, 2019 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019.
