Further in terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 30th July, 2018 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended as on 30th June, 2018.
