Petronet LNG Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve audited financial results and to recommend dividend for the year ended March 31, 2015. Further, trading window shall remain closed w.e.f. April 18, 2015 to April 26, 2015 both days inclusive.
