Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 05, 2015, to consider and take on record the audited annual standalone and consolidated accounts for the year ended March 31, 2015 and declaration of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2015. Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited-Employee Share Dealing Code (Code), the Trading Window is closed from April 13, 2015 till the close of business hours on May 06, 2015, for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
