IIFL Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Board Members and designated employees from April 28, 2015 to May 08, 2015 (both days inclusive).
