Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend final dividend, if any, on equity shares for the said period. Further pursuant to Clause 5 of the Share Dealing Code of the Company, Trading Window to deal in Company shares is closed for Special Employees from April 01, 2015 to May 09, 2015 (both days inclusive).
