Union Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the 4th quarter/financial year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend the dividend, if any. Further, as per Clause 12 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the shares of the Bank wilt be closed from April 29, 2015 to May 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
