GANESHA ECOSPHERE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We are pleased to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019 to, inter-alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2019. Further, pursuant to Regulation 47(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are hereby submitting the copy of newspaper clippings of the afore-mentioned Notice, published in an English daily newspaper (Business Standard) and in a Hindi daily newspaper (Business Standard) on July 25, 2019. The Trading Window for trading in the Companys Equity Shares has been closed from July 1, 2019 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company on August 1, 2019.
