GANGA PAPERS INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1.The un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/ nine months ended 31st March, 2019. 2.To appoint Mr. V.S Dwivedi as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2019-20. 3.Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further the Trading window in respect of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading has already been closed for all the Directors/ Designated Employees of the Company w.e.f. Wednesday, 3rd April, 2019 to 1st June, 2019(both days inclusive). Kindly take the same on your records.
