We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. 30th day of May, 2019 has inter alia among other things approved the following: 1. Audited Financial Results/Statements for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. 2. Resignation of Dr. V.L. Moorthy from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f 09.05.2019. 3. Resignation of Mr. G. Siva Kumar Reddy from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f 28.05.2019. The Company is in the processing of identifying the Independent Directors, in order to comply with Regulation 17 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and the same shall be complied in the next board meeting. The Meeting Commenced at 04.00 p.m and concluded at 05.30 p.m
