Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement between Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited ( now known as GFL Limited) (The Demerged Company or GFL 1) and Inox Fluorochemicals Limited ( now known as Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited) (The Resulting Company or GFL 2) and their respective Shareholders ("Scheme"), the Board of Directors have fixed 7th August, 2019 as the Record Date for the purpose of identification of shareholders of the Company to whom the shares would be required to be issued and allotted by the Resulting Company pursuant to the Scheme.
