In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today, February 14, 2019 has inter alia approved the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. Copies of the following are enclosed: i.Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the third quarter and period ended December 31, 2018; ii.Limited Review Report for the aforesaid results submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 8.00 p.m. and concluded at 8.30 p.m.
