GLENMARK PHARMACEUTICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2018. Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Company has intimated its Directors and other designated persons regarding the closure of trading window from July 1, 2018 to August 12, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2018.
