Pursuant to Proviso to Regulation 52(2)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), we hereby submit advance intimation for the following matters: 1. the Company shall submit the Audited Annual Financial Results and Statement of Asset and Liabilities for the financial year 2018-19 within sixty days from the end of the said financial year to the Stock Exchange; and 2. un-audited financial results accompanied by limited review report by the auditors, for the last half year of the Financial Year 2018-19 will not be submitted to the Stock Exchange. We request you to kindly place the same on record.
