Further, please take note that the company has already informed you about the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2019 up to the expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2019 vide intimation dated April 3rd, 2019 on the portal.
