The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended 31/12/2018; 2. Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors on Unaudited Financial Result for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December, 2018; 3. Appointment of M/s. Jain N. K. & Co., Chartered Accountants, Vasai as Internal Auditors of the Company for Financial Year 2018-2019 pursuant to Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013; 4. Appointment of M/s Veenit Pal & Associates, Company Secretaries, Mumbai as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2018-19 pursuant to Section 204 to conduct the Secretarial Audit of the Company.
