This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, 14th August, 2018 which commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:30 P.M. has considered and approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018. Pursuant to the Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the standalone financial results has been reviewed by the Statutory Auditor. A copy of standalone unaudited financial results alongwith Statutory Auditors Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith.
