In terms of Regulation 33(3) read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby intimates to submit consolidated financial results in addition to standalone financial results with the Stock Exchanges and shall publish only consolidated financial results in the news paper for the financial year 2019-20.
