With reference to the Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and disclosure requirements) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on today i.e. 14th February, 2019 at Chennai have considered and approved the following: 1. The Consolidated and Standalone Un-Audited financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended 31st December 2018. 2. The resignation of the Mr.S P Dhanaraj as Chief Financial Officer of the Company was accepted by the Board of Directors with immediate effect and in his place the Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. V.S. Natarajan as Chief Financial Officer from 15th February, 2019. Further, As there was no other matter to be discussed by the Board of Directors, the meeting came to an end with a vote of thanks to the Chairman.
