This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, May 30, 2019, has inter-alia: 1)Considered and Approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. 2)Recommended a dividend of Re.0.60/- (i.e. 60%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid-up of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019, subject to approval of the members at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
