We are enclosing herewith Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report received by the M/s. Kanak Rathod & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai Statutory Auditors of the Company. Kindly note that the said Results were taken on record by the Board of Directors at their Board Meeting held today and the same are being submitted herewith within thirty minutes from the conclusion of the Board Meeting. Due to inadvertently Limited Review Report was not attached on 14/08/2018 and now the same has been attached to quarterly results ended 30th June 2018.
