In terms of the provisions of Section 108 & 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Resolutions stated in the Postal Ballot Notice dated October 25, 2018 stands duly approved by the members of the Company by securing requisite majority of votes. We are enclosing herewith the Results of the Postal Ballot including remote e-voting declared on December 3, 2018 under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the Scrutinizers Report thereon.
