HARYANA CAPFIN LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2018. Further, in pursuance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would be closed from 4th February, 2019 to 13th February, 2019.
