In terms of the requirements of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith audited Financial Results of the Company on standalone and consolidated basis for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019 which have been taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e., 30th May, 2019. A declaration regarding the Audit Report with the unmodified opinion pursuant to regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendments) Regulations, 2016 is also enclosed.
