Hemang Resources Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the subject matter, we would like to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1) of the (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 13th day of May, 2019, at BCC House, 8/5, Manoramaganj, Navratan Bagh Main Road, Indore - 452001 inter-alia: 1. to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and ended on March 31, 2018 2. any other matter with the permission of Chair and majority of directors of the company.
