CIR/IMD/DF1/69/2016 dated 10th August 2016, we hereby submit the unaudited half yearly financial results along with related information/documents as per below details of Hindustan Cleanenergy Limited (the Company) for the half year ended on 30th September, 2018: 1) Unaudited half yearly financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2018 under Regulation 52(1) of the SEBI Regulations along with Disclosures as required under Regulation 52(4) of the SEBI Regulations. 2) Limited review report on the unaudited half yearly financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2018 under Regulation 52(2)(a) of the SEBI Regulations.
