Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on May 24, 2019, to consider, approve and to take on record the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for quarter & year ended March 31, 2019 and to recommend payment of final dividend to the shareholders for the financial year 2018-19, if any, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window, for dealing in the securities of the Company, is already closed from April 05, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2019, for which the intimation has already been given to Stock Exchange(s) vide letter dated April 04, 2019 and the same will re-open on May 27, 2019.
