Pursuant to Regulation 52 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 15, 2019, has approved the audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2019. Accordingly, please find enclosed the following: i) Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2019 along with the Audit Report by Statutory Auditors; ii) Declaration in respect of unmodified opinion on Annual Audited Financial Results; and iii) Certificate signed by Debenture Trustee under Clause 52(5) of the said Regulations.
