IIFL Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve: 1. Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. To declare Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-2019. Further, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Board Members and designated employees from January 23, 2019 to February 01, 2019 (Both days inclusive).
