We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, 15th May, 2019, which commenced at 04.00 p.m. and concluded at 05:15 p.m. approved the Consolidated & Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter / financial year ended on 31st March, 2019, which have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
