Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith Un-audited Financial Results as per IND-AS along with the Auditors Limited Review Report for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2019, which were considered and approved by the Board of Directors, in its meeting held today i.e. 26th July, 2019.
