INDIA NIPPON ELECTRICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The meeting of Board of Directors of the company originally scheduled to be held on Wednesday the 22nd May 2019 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results and the Audited Annual Accounts (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2019 stands postponed due to unavoidable reasons and the meeting will now be held on Thursday the 30th May 2019. Please note that the trading window, for dealing in the Companys scrips by the Designated Persons, which was already closed upto 24th May 2019, as indicated in our letter dated 7th May 2019, will now open from 1st Jun19 i.e., 48 hours after the publication of annual audited financial results for the financial year 2018-19, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The Notice of the Board meeting for the revised date of 30th May 2019 is being advertised in newspaper.
