INDIA NIPPON ELECTRICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Date of Board Meeting: The Board of Directors will meet on Saturday the 3rd Nov18 for considering the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th Sep18. This intimation is being given in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Advertisement in newspapers: The Notice of the Board Meeting is being advertised in newspapers. A copy of the Notice thereof will be forwarded after publication. Closure of trading window: Please note that the trading window, for dealing in the Companys scrips by the Designated Persons, is closed from 20th Oct18 to 5th Nov18 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
